Notice on shipping within Japan

16 September 2026

Thank you for shopping with ISAMI.

From 16 September 2026, all orders shipped within Japan are delivered free of charge, regardless of order value (mainland and outlying islands alike).

Following a review of our shipping arrangements, we are once again able to ship by Click Post. We are therefore withdrawing the condition announced on 7 September (free shipping on orders of ¥6,000 or more; a flat ¥800 incl. tax under ¥6,000) and returning to free shipping within Japan, as it was before 7 September.

We sincerely apologise for the repeated changes to our shipping terms over such a short period, and for any confusion this has caused.

Shipping terms may need to be reviewed in future depending on the delivery environment, but there is currently no plan to end free shipping. Any change will be announced on this page and on the Shipping page before it takes effect.

International shipping is charged by region and weight. See Shipping for details.
