ISAMI offers the following returns and exchanges policy so you can shop with confidence.
Conditions
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags attached
- For customer-initiated returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover the shipping
Non-returnable items
- Used or washed items
- Items with tags removed
- Items damaged or soiled through customer negligence
- Sale or outlet items
Process
- Contact us via the Contact page (include your order number and reason)
- We will provide the return address
- After we confirm receipt, we ship the exchange or process the refund
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Credit-card refunds may take several days to a few weeks depending on the card issuer.
