2. Price

The selling price of each item is the price shown on its product page. Consumption tax is included.

3. Shipping cost

Within Japan: free when the merchandise subtotal (tax included, after any coupons or discounts, excluding shipping) is ¥6,000 or more. A flat ¥800 (tax included) applies under ¥6,000, for both the mainland and outlying islands.

International: Asia ¥3,500 / Oceania ¥4,600 / Europe ¥4,600 / North America (USA & Canada) ¥5,500, each up to 5,000g. For orders over 5,000g, please contact us before ordering. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Payment method and timing

Payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) and Shop Pay.
Timing: charged when the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation.

6. Returns and exchanges

The tabi we sell are worn directly against the skin and are treated as hygiene products. For that reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons, such as wrong size or not as expected.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact staff@isamitabi.com within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund the item and cover the shipping.
