Shipping cost
Shipping within Japan is free on orders of ¥5,000 or more; a flat ¥500 applies to orders under ¥5,000. We also ship internationally (see below).

Carrier & delivery time
- Domestic, 1–2 pairs: Japan Post (Click Post)
- Domestic, larger orders: Yamato Transport
- Shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed after shipment. You can track your order on the carrier's website.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed by weather or traffic. We will notify you promptly if so.
Receiving your order
A signature is required on delivery. If you are out, a notice will be left; please arrange redelivery.
