Shipping cost
Shipping within Japan is free on orders of ¥6,000 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts (tax included, excluding shipping). A flat ¥800 (tax included) applies to orders under ¥6,000, for both the mainland and outlying islands. We also ship internationally (see below).

* Free shipping is determined by the merchandise subtotal after any coupons or discounts (tax included, excluding shipping). If the subtotal falls below ¥6,000 after discounts, the ¥800 shipping fee applies.
* Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
* For international orders over 5,000g, please contact us before ordering.
Carrier & delivery time
- Domestic: Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express
- Shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed after shipment. You can track your order on the carrier's website.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed by weather or traffic. We will notify you promptly if so.
Receiving your order
If you are out, a notice will be left; please arrange redelivery.
