Shipping cost
Shipping within Japan is free on all orders, regardless of order value, for both the mainland and outlying islands. We also ship internationally (see below).

Shipping method & delivery time
- Domestic: delivered by Japan Post Click Post (placed in your mailbox). Larger orders that cannot be sent by Click Post are delivered by parcel courier.
- Shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed after shipment. You can track your order on the Japan Post or carrier's website.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed by weather or traffic. We will notify you promptly if so.
Receiving your order
Click Post deliveries are placed in your mailbox (no signature required). For courier deliveries, if you are out, a notice will be left; please arrange redelivery.
