Tochigi leather thong

The thong uses nume leather from Tochigi Leather, one of Japan's most respected tanneries — vegetable-tanned over roughly six months through more than 20 steps, with minimal surface finishing so the material's natural character shows. It deepens in color and luster with use, ageing into a one-of-a-kind companion.

Vibram® sole

The outsole is made by Vibram of Italy, trusted by professionals worldwide. A proprietary rubber compound grips wet and uneven ground; excellent shock absorption and durability keep every step stable.

Shoemaking meets the heritage tabi

Know-how from making practical shoes, poured into the traditional tsukkake. The thong position is tuned to the millimeter for a natural fit. Paired with our tabi, the independent-toe fit and the sandal's snug hold combine into a remarkably fatigue-free unity.
